KDE Energy is a young company with a lot of experience. We are headquartered in Slochteren (KDE Energy Europe) and also have offices in the UK, France and Poland. In Norway we are involved in water power projects. We are always on the lookout for new countries and locations.

KDE Energy employs both old hands in the trade and junior developers who are given the opportunity to learn it. And this trade is a complex one. It is extremely important to stay abreast of laws and regulations at local, national and international level and to maintain contact with the many different discussion partners, including joint ventures, land owners, municipal and provincial authorities, nearby residents, NGOs and organised local lobby groups, wind turbine suppliers, environmental impact investigators and other technical consultants. That complexity is also reflected in our organisation: small but with international ambition, methods and abilities. Any employee who puts forward a good, innovation proposal is given the space to develop it.

The quality we deliver to all of our stakeholders is reflected in the competency requirements we set for our current and future employees, but we also regard teamwork and entrepreneurship as being important qualities when it comes to substantiating and improving our performance.
